Not before we understand your needs. We’ll first review your work and existing tools, then confirm any accounts, permissions, or tool costs needed for the engagement.
Can teams outside Taiwan inquire?
Inquiries are welcome from Singapore, Japan, the United States, Europe, and beyond. We confirm online or in-person format, time zones, delivery language, and any travel costs in the proposal. Listed regions do not indicate local offices.
How are fees and Taiwan donation arrangements agreed?
We agree on scope and fees based on goals, participants, customization, deliverables, and format. For legal entities and individuals in Taiwan, engagement fees are contributed as donations to Junyi Academy Foundation, as mutually agreed through discussion and expressly stated in the engagement proposal. Arrangements outside Taiwan are discussed separately. This website does not collect payments.
What about confidential team information?
Please don’t include personal data, credentials, or confidential documents in your initial inquiry. Before the engagement, we agree on data-sharing boundaries, tool restrictions, and whether an NDA is needed.
