Built an internal AI Agent on OpenClaw, fed with the CEO's past decision logic, thinking frameworks, writing style, and strategic positions. Deployed inside the team's communication channels (Slack/Discord) — any member can @ it to start a deep discussion. **Use cases**: strategic debate, press-release drafts, pros-and-cons analysis, complex-situation first-pass judgment. **Boundary by design**: AI CEO is a sparring partner, not a decision-maker; final calls still rest with the human CEO.

Two consistent reactions from the team: (1) the "no one to debate with" pain is solved — discussions can start anytime, not when the CEO has bandwidth; (2) the "not enough time" pain is solved — AI CEO provides an opening framework so discussions advance 80% before the human CEO joins, who then starts from depth, not from scratch.
